America is doing some soul searching in the aftermath of the killing of another black person at the hands of police.
This time it was 46-year-old George Floyd. Floyd died after a white police officer pressed his knee on his neck until he stopped breathing, then remained on his neck for several more minutes. Floyd’s killing has sparked demonstrations against police brutality and racial injustice across the U.S. and around the world.

One month after Floyd’s killing, POLITICO Live is hosting a town hall to reflect and reckon with what has happened and what could be ahead for the country.

We’ll discuss policing and criminal justice reforms that Floyd’s killing has further pushed into the policy agenda in Washington and how the national dialogue on racism has shifted.
